Dare to guess what is Verger’s most important asset? One hint, they walk through the door every morning. Realizing that really good human capital can be difficult to find and sometimes hard to keep, we recognize the importance of foundational intention in order to attract, motivate, and retain talent. That’s why here at Verger we strive to create a culture of collaboration and camaraderie – one that can be seen not only through our open workspace but all the way through to our collective grit.
