Client Service Director

Liz serves as the principal liaison between the firm and its clients.  In this role, she develops processes necessary to meet clients’ needs and expectations in the areas of account servicing, client reporting and board involvement.  In addition to researching and responding to client inquiries, Liz works closely with the investment and operations teams to cultivate client relationships.  

Prior to the launch of Verger, Liz served as a member of the operations team of Wake Forest University’s Office of Investments.  Previous to her role at Wake Forest, she was a paralegal for a mid-sized law firm in Charlotte, NC, giving her over twenty years of relationship management experience.  

Liz earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from Salem College.
