Jennifer Vaccaro

Director, Client Development

As Director of Client Development, Jennifer is responsible for engaging with new institutional clients to advance their financial missions. In this role, Jennifer collaborates with non-profit institutions, their stakeholders, consultants, and industry experts to connect them with Verger’s resources and expertise. Her outreach strengthens Verger’s commitment to mission-driven organizations and broadens our impact across the non-profit sector.

Prior to joining Verger, Jennifer held senior roles in institutional client development and sales at several top-tier investment firms. Most recently, she was a founding partner and Director at Ranger Global Real Estate Advisors, LLC, where she spearheaded the firm’s sales and marketing operations, building brand awareness within the institutional plan sponsor and consultant community and managing relationships with key institutional clients. Prior to Ranger Global, Jennifer served as Director of North America Institutional Sales at Investec Asset Management (now Ninety One), where she was instrumental in establishing the firm’s presence with institutional investors in the U.S. and Canada. Earlier in her career, she held senior sales and client relationship roles at Franklin Templeton Institutional, Montgomery Asset Management, and Chancellor Capital Management, successfully managing client relationships and leading strategic initiatives across institutional markets.

Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in finance, with a minor in fine arts, from Fairfield University.

Jennifer serves on the Advisory Board for the Boston Investment Professionals (BIP) and is a member of the BIP Gives Committee. She is passionate about serving those in need, both locally and regionally, and improving financial literacy for children.
