Vicki is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Verger. This role encompasses talent development, board collaboration, and oversight of the client relations, compliance, and legal functions.

Prior to founding Verger, Vicki served as Director of Operations with Wake Forest University’s Office of Investments where she implemented operational policies and initiatives to enhance growth of the department. She began her work at Wake Forest on the investment side, focused on trust and separate account assets and before joining Wake, led operations at the Winston-Salem office of Legg Mason Wood Walker Inc.

Vicki earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
