Izabel plays a key role in supporting Verger’s client service model—Engage, Integrate, and Educate—by managing the processes, materials, and systems that serve both current and prospective clients. She oversees internal project management to ensure smooth operations and the delivery of positive client experiences. Through maintaining accurate client records, providing detailed reporting, and building strong relationships, Izabel fosters meaningful connections to deliver exceptional service and support.

Prior to joining Verger, Izabel was a Special Gifts Officer at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. Before that, she worked at Second Harvest Food Bank, supporting community outreach efforts and assisting individuals in accessing food assistance programs.

Izabel earned her bachelor’s degree in international business at Loyola University New Orleans.
